COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR

Candase is an Oakland, CA native with experience in fashion design, journalism, and marketing and communications.

She accepted Christ at an early age under the leadership of her father Pastor Ken Chambers of West Side Missionary Baptist Church. She continues to serve at West Side in various capacites.

A UC Berkeley alumna, Candase holds a Master’s degree in Multimedia Communications, studied fashion design in San Francisco, worked in television in Los Angeles, launched an inclusive e-commerce fashion brand for women of all sizes, and has been featured on Vogue.com
